Skill Society in 2026: A Guide to the Current Hiring Workflow

Published
Updated
Skill Society's current product pages describe a role-based journey from applications to screening evidence and human review. This guide links those capabilities and their boundaries as reviewed on 16 September 2026. It is a product overview, not a release changelog or a promise of future features.
Account availability and purchased access should be confirmed for the workflow you intend to use.
Applications and qualification
Applicant Tracking & Hiring Workflow connects role setup, invitations, candidate evidence, stages and recent activity. Pre-qualification supports questions and configured progress, filter or review routes.
People define the requirements and review uncertainty. Collected documents still need appropriate verification. The documented workflow excludes requisition approvals, offer letters, e-signature and employee onboarding.
CV comparison and first interviews
TalentFit compares a CV against the active job description and presents strengths, gaps and fit evidence. It does not automatically reject applicants.
AI interviews provide role-specific audio conversations within a configured window, with recordings, transcripts and analysis for reviewers. The process needs candidate instructions, support and human ownership of the next step.
Collaboration and reporting
Team & Access distinguishes Administrators and Members, role assignments and eligible feature permissions. Account entitlement remains a limit on access.
Executive Reporting describes hiring activity, candidate movements and follow-up signals. It is not a claim of validated job-performance prediction. Candidate Insights covers experience feedback, satisfaction and interview completion patterns.
Scheduling and references
Scheduling supports configured booking workflows. Voice references collect structured referee answers for review. Confirm advanced scheduling and reference operations for the intended account and connector.
Integrations and account availability
The integration directory includes dedicated information for several ATS products and demo-led paths for others. A directory listing is not confirmation of native support, every sync operation or availability on all plans.
Verify the trigger, transferred fields, returned report and exception handling in a pilot. Use current pricing to establish applicable commercial terms and the privacy policy to begin a data-handling review.
Evaluate the workflow you need
Book a Skill Society demo with one role, the systems it must connect to and the evidence your reviewers need. Ask to see the complete candidate-to-reviewer path, including an incomplete or failed step, before rollout.
