Skill Society was born out of something painfully real: we were spending more time screening candidates than actually leading the teams we were supposed to be inspiring. It didn’t feel right and we knew we weren’t the only ones stuck in that loop.
A few years later, we found ourselves job hunting. And wow... from a candidate’s perspective? It’s even worse. Endless forms, no feedback, and a whole lot of ghosting. That’s when it hit us hiring is broken on both sides.
