Do I pay a subscription?

No subscriptions, no hidden fees. It’s performance-based pricing — full access, no lock-in. You stay in control of managing and selecting your candidates.

Who funds the ads?

We'll invest up to $2,000/role. Planning, purchases and optimisation across SEEK, Indeed, Linkedin and Adzuna.

Can we integrate our ATS?

Yes. ATS integration and feedback capture are supported with minimal admin overhead. Additional integration fees may apply.

What does “Pay on Results*” mean?

If you don’t make a hire from the pipeline — provided no candidate who applied through our platform is hired within 90 days of campaign close. Any remaining amount dedicated to the ADS will be refunded too.

My campaign’s already running

No worries. We can jump in mid-flight — just route applicants to us. In this case, we discount $2,000 from the total fee, however we require a deposit of $495 that will be fully refunded if you don’t make a hire.

When do I pay?

You only pay $2,000 upfront so we can fuel and manage the campaign properly. But here’s the catch — your money isn’t locked in. If you don’t make a hire from the pipeline, we’ll refund any remaining amount dedicated to the ads. In other words, we take the majority of the risk, not you.

What should I expect?

A pipeline of ready-to-interview candidates by our AI talent assistant saving around ~38 hours per hire and hundreds of hours in productivity loss.
