Connecting Ashby to Skill Society is quick and secure, just a few clicks to authenticate, and you're ready to automate.

Create an API Key in Ashby

Use your Ashby credentials to securely connect your account to Skill Society and begin syncing jobs and candidates in real-time.

Log in to your Ashby account: Ensure you have administrative privileges, as generating an API key requires admin access.
Navigate to the API keys section: Navigate to the Ashby setings, from the dropdown menu, and then choose 'API keys' from the sidebar.
Create a new API key: Click the 'New API Key' button, provide a descriptive name for the key (e.g., Skill Society Integration)
Save and copy the API key: After creating the key, copy it immediately and store it securely, as you won't be able to view it again later.

Connect Ashby to Skill Society

Use your Ashby credentials to securely connect your account to Skill Society and begin syncing jobs and candidates in real-time.

Go to your Skill Society dashboard → Integrations
Select “Ashby” and click Connect
Enter your API Key

All Done

After clicking the 'connect' button, you will be succesfully integrated with Skill Society and your account manager will take everything from there including:

Set up interview workflows and pre-qualification logic
Enable automations (invites, reminders, tagging)
Customise scoring and tagging criteria for your roles
Provide onboarding and training for your team
Be your ongoing support contact for optimisations and feedback

Setting Up the SkillSociety Integration

Connect Ashby with the SkillSociety Integration

Log in to your SkillSociety account. Navigate to the 'Integrations' section in the main menu of the application. In the list of available integrations, find and select 'Ashby'.

Accept Authorisation

After selecting Ashby as your ATS, you will be asked to authorise the integration. To authorize the integration with Skill Society, click 'Authorise'

You can disconnect your Ashby from skillsociety in just two simple steps.

Ashby Side

Go to 'Settings' > 'Integrations and API' > 'Authorized Apps'. Find 'SkillSociety' and click 'Revoke Access' to disconnect the integration.

Skill Society

Navigate to the 'Integrations' section. and Decativate all your modules.
