Excerpt: Plan an agency AI pilot for warehouse, specialist or multi-site hiring. Use concrete review steps and measurement criteria instead of unsupported placement promises.

An agency AI pilot should show whether recruiters can prepare useful candidate evidence with less repetitive work. It should also show what still needs a client conversation, specialist assessment or credential check.

The scenarios below are illustrative operating examples, not customer success stories.

## Scenario 1: warehouse shift recruitment

A client needs staff at several sites with different shift starts. The recruiter agrees the essential availability and transport requirements, then configures role-specific qualification questions. Unclear answers reach a person rather than being treated automatically as a failed requirement.

Candidates explain relevant experience in a structured first interview. The recruiter reviews the answers and prepares a submission showing site fit, supporting evidence and anything still to verify.

**Measure:** time from complete application to recruiter review, minutes spent on each submission, client acceptance of shortlists and candidate completion. Track missing documents separately from unsuitable candidates.

## Scenario 2: specialist technical recruitment

A technical agency uses the first interview to explore a candidate's explanation of previous work, collaboration and project decisions. A qualified reviewer checks whether the answer addresses the brief.

The process still needs an appropriate work sample or technical assessment. A voice interview does not verify coding ability by itself. References should focus on work observed and substantive follow-up questions.

**Measure:** reviewer effort, the usefulness of evidence in the technical interview and the reasons a client rejects a submission. Do not describe a faster screening step as a proven improvement in retention.

## Scenario 3: multi-site care recruitment

An agency prepares separate role requirements for each facility, including availability and the evidence the employer needs to check. The screening process collects candidate statements and documents; authorised people verify credentials and complete the required checks.

The manager receives evidence and unresolved questions before the next conversation. Access and sharing need to match the agency's client arrangements.

**Measure:** incomplete evidence at handoff, time waiting for human verification, candidate completion and manager follow-up. A complete form is not a compliance decision.

## Where Skill Society fits

Skill Society supports [role-based qualification](https://skillsociety.com.au/solutions/pre-qualify-candidates), [CV-to-job comparison](https://skillsociety.com.au/solutions/talent-fit) and [AI voice interviews](https://skillsociety.com.au/solutions/screen-candidates). These can inform a standalone application-to-review workflow or a supported ATS handoff.

Confirm the connector and returned data, and separately verify client access, reporting and commercial requirements. Do not assume a multi-client portal, staffing payroll or billing system is included.

## Build a credible agency result

Record the client-approved scope, role, measurement period, candidate counts, baseline and delivery costs. Separate additional revenue from contribution margin, and released recruiter hours from a cash saving. The [ROI worksheet](https://skillsociety.com.au/blog/posts/roi-calculator-case-studies) shows the calculations.

If you later publish a customer story, use an attributable record and authorised wording. Do not combine one client's screening speed with another client's placement economics.

## Plan one measurable pilot

Bring a client brief and existing submission format to a [Skill Society demo](https://skillsociety.com.au/booking). Agree the human review points and acceptance measures before expanding across accounts.
